A virtual assistant is someone that works for you from their own location. They are usually independent contractors which saves payroll expenses. You and the assistant agree on the work that will be done, the cost of the service, and how much time will be spent on the work.

What are the prices for your services?

Prices vary based on each service. Preconfigured service bundles with prices can be found here. You determine how many hours will be spent on each service in a bundle. If you require service combinations different than in the existing bundles, please request a quote here.

How are your services billed?

Services are billed by the hour and sold in 20 hour blocks. Payment is due in advance.

What type of payments do you accept?

Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, PayPal, Zelle, or wire transfer.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are not allowed. The purchased services are available for one year from the date of purchase.

Can I purchase different services in one 20 hour block?

Yes. You can purchase different services in one 20 hour block. For example, you can purchase 5 hours of collection calls, 6 hours of website updates, 4 hours of document creation, and 5 hours of AI services.

How will I know how much work has been completed?

I use ClickUp to track work time. You will receive weekly reports of the work completed and the time spent on each task. Reports are usually in the form of an excel spreadsheet.
